Colombia has one employee for every 40,000 hectares of national park. Armed groups and illegal crops can be found in most of Colombia’s Natural Parks.
Some of Colombia’s parks include:
- Colombian National Coffee Park (Quindío)
- Nevado del Ruiz National Park (near Manizales)
- Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta National Park
- Chingaza National Park
- Bogotá Botanical Garden (Bogotá)
- Desierto de Tatacoa
- Tayrona Park
